If have problems with makeup on your lips wearing off, try a good lip-liner to the entire lip, and then apply the greasepaint over the lip-liner and powder as usual.

I have only been clowning for about 5 years and only several times a year as a face painting clown. I would love to improve my clowning skills, paint faces faster and more efficiently, make better balloon animals and intertain kids. Please let me know if you can offer any advice on these subjects. Thanks….Dixie Doodle the face painting clown in Lynchburg, Va.
Hi Debbie,
I know Mama Clown, one of the best face painting teachers around, is at the Circus Magic Convention this year. You may want to check out http://circusmagicconvention.com for more information.
And of course you will want to keep checking this site as we will be posting lots of articles and tips on the topics you mention. In fact, we have a face painting tip coming up this week
I always carry a tube of red lipstick in my pocket so I can give my lips a quick once over on the sly from time to time. It has also come in handy one time as I check my self in the mirrow befores getting out of the car only to discover "My Nose Was Still On The Bathroom Sink". I pulled out the lipstick and 1 2 3 I had a red nose.
